23 April 2021 — One hundred and ninety-seven (197) new COVID-19 cases were identified out of 5420 samples tested today. This brings the cumulative number of confirmed cases twenty-four thousand, four hundred, and fifty-nine (24459). To date, twenty-two thousand, six hundred, and ninety-six (22696) patients have recovered, including forty-seven (47) in the past 24 hours. The number of active cases is one thousand, four hundred, and thirty-five (1435) and three hundred and twenty-eight (328) deaths.

This brings the cumulative number of confirmed cases twenty-four thousand, two hundred, and sixty-two (24262). The number of active cases is one thousand, one hundred, and eighteen (1118) and three hundred and twenty-seven (327) deaths.
