The HEW training is being supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), through the Programme for Accelerating the Reduction in Maternal and Child Mortality (PARMaCM). PARMaCM is a joint partnership between MHSS and the European Union (EU),with the EU providing financial support and WHO providing technical support.
