In 2025, WHO Nigeria supported national and subnational institutions to deliver measurable health results across primary health care strengthening, disease prevention and control, NCD and risk-factor response, digital health and data systems strengthening, and emergency preparedness and response, aligned with CCS IV (2023–2027) and national reform priorities including the NHSRII and SWAp agenda.

This report presents results using RBM principles, emphasizing system-level changes, outcomes, and measurable progress supported by WHO’s core functions and partnerships.
