Administration and Finance comprises 6 units:

1. Accounts and Finance Management
2. Administration Services Unit
3. Global Management System
4. Human Resources Management
5. Information and Communications Technology Management
6. Procurement and Supply Services
7. Translation, Interpretation & Printing

Subunits

The Field Security unit (FSU) manages the security for the staff members at the Regional Office and also monitors 46 countries on security issues.

The Audit sub-unit assists Country Offices and technical departments in implemeting internal and external audit  recommendations.
