On arrival at WHO premises at Djoué: Dr. Samba flanked to the left by Mr. Maurice Kihounzou, Mayor of Makelekele & to the right by Charles Ngamfoumo, Director of Cabinet at the Congolese Ministry of Health. 

Dr. Ebrahim on arrival at Maya - Maya International airport in Brazzaville on the 2 October 2001 to resume duty at the Regional Office. At the airport to welcome him was the Director of Cabinet at the Congolese Ministry of Health, Mr. Charles Ngamfouomo.
