The mission of the WHO Eritrea Country Office is to promote the attainment of the highest sustainable level of health by all people living in Eritrea through collaboration with the government and other partners in health development and the provision of technical and logistic support to country programmes.

  • World Breastfeeding Week 2012 Observed in Eritrea World Breastfeeding Week 2012 was observed in Eritrea under the theme, “Understanding the past – planning for the future.” It was nationally celebrated from 1 to 7 August.
