The Administration and Finance mission is to ensure the optimal use and rational management of the organization's financial, technical and human resources.

The functions are:

  • To ensure that the financial regulations and ethical  principles of the Organization are observed.
  • To provide efficient, effective and flexible  administrative services to all Regional  programmes and activities.
  • To exercise oversight to ensure that the financial  regulations and ethical principles of the  Organization are observed.
