The aim of the WHO Mozambique Office's AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Cluster (ATM) is to contribute to the prevention and control of:
It provides technical support to the country for the strengthening of national capacity to adopt appropriate policies, plan, implement, and monitor and evaluate health-sector based activities related to these diseases.
These actions are expected to contribute the reduction in mortality, morbidity, and transmission of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in the country, through improvement of access to care and support for patients with these diseases, and mitigation of their impact on the health sector.
