Mental Health and Substance Abuse

The mission of the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programme is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of populations in Member States through promotion of Mental Health, prevention, control and treatment of neurological, psychiatric and behavioural disorders and problems related to harmful use of psychoactive substances.
