Health financing analyses

This component involves analysis of expenditure trends; monitoring of countries efforts to meet both the Regional and Global health financing targets; and supporting countries in undertaking financial feasibility analysis of prepaid health financing mechanisms. The main achievements of this component include: support provided to Lesotho, Swaziland and Uganda in conducting financial feasibility of social health insurance; support provided to Rwanda in conducting organizational and institution analysis of health system financing; and publication of the eleven articles.
