Support the strengthening of national health information systems through the development of national health observatories and by strengthening population and facility-based data sources, data collection, management and sharing for the improvement of health information system; including monitoring and evaluation of national health systems strengthening

  • Assess and map national stakeholders and potential workstations for NHOs
  • Support the development of a national multi-stakeholder group
  • Support the development of a coordinating unit within the MoH
  • Develop three prototype NHO web portals in the three countries
  • Develop district statistical profiles for the three countries
  • Support the development of database for the three countries
  • Support the development of analytical district profiles
  • Support the establishment of networks of NHOs
  • Support development of national policies and strategies
  • Support the strengthening of data sources, collection, and management
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of health systems strengthening
  • Develop or strengthen relevant wiki-based collaborative networks or CoPs
